xxm_arquitectura is a multidisciplinary professional office, managed by Xavier Ruscalleda and Marta Lorenzo.
This team consists of different working areas with a flexible organization to give the best answer for each project.
Our main objective is making quality, innovative, economical, technological and sustainable projects, offering a professional team adapted to the peculiarities and special needs of each project:
XL, XM or XS.
- XL PROJECTS. Recovering old historical buildings, old factories, infrastructures, giving them a new use after a restoring process.
- XM PROJECTS. A new way of making houses is possible. We are looking for a new formula of home inspired in the modern age and designed to today’s lifestyle. We propose different industrialized systems depend on each project: Modular Manufactured Apartments stacked forming buildings or Structural System based on Light Gauge Steel Framing.
These construction systems are more ecological, faster and more economical than de traditional ones, with more control and recycling, and less energy, waste, emissions and time.
- XS PROJECTS. Exhibitions and ephemeral events made with recycling objects. This kind of projects helps us to investigate new materials and architectural solutions.
